Counselling
91视频 students can access a free and confidential counselling service.
What we provide:
Our counsellors aim to help you with any problem you have while you are at 91视频. This may be to manage stress, enhance your study skills, reduce exam anxiety, set goals and deal with any personal problems that may be affecting your study.
Counselling is provided on an appointment basis. If you are in immediate distress, our counsellors will try to assist if they can, but this is not a crisis service and immediate support is not always available. In this situation you will be offered support from a telephone crisis counselling service, such as Lifeline on 131 114 or the Access Mental Health Team on 1800 629 354, and also offered an appointment with a 91视频 Counsellor according to availability.
Contact us:

For all appointments, please phone (02) 6207 3290 or email citcounselling@cit.edu.au and you will be contacted within two business days.
If you need crisis counselling support, phone Lifeline on 13 1114 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636.
