3. Contacting the right person at 91视频

Decide which course you’d like to know more about. Perhaps find out the name of the teaching area.
2. When you call the Infoline:
Tell them which course or teaching area you are interested in.
Ask to be transferred to an admin officer in that area.
3. Wait to be transferred
Once you have been transferred, the admin officer can take your enquiry.
4. Not sure what you should study?
If you call 91视频 Student Services via our Infoline (02) 6207 3188, you can ask to be put in touch with an administration officer from the teaching area.
Some questions you might like to ask are:
1. Is there an information session that you can attend?
2. What is the duration of the course (how long the course goes for)?
3. What is the course timetable (maybe it’s at night and you have small children)?
4. And a short description of what is involved in that course (what does it cover? You don’t want surprises!)
