- Basic introduction to hygiene and safety practices
- How to use a commercial coffee machine including cleaning
- Basic aspects of coffee making
- How to froth milk and pouring techniques
- Make a variety of coffees

Duration: |
Face to face delivery will take place in a simulated cafe at 91ÊÓƵ Reid campus for 5 hours. Training can be adapted for delivery off-site in a suitable school-based or workplace environment. |

Students must wear non-slip enclosed shoes and hair must be tied back to comply with hygiene and WHS standards.
